We are looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead the creative direction of the channel. You will oversee concept development, visual storytelling, script supervision, and the entire creative production pipeline from shoot to final edit; ensuring consistency in tone, emotion, and impact across all our productions.

• Lead creative vision and tone for all documentaries and episodic series
• Collaborate with researchers, writers, editors, and directors to shape compelling narratives
• Review scripts and storyboards to ensure high-impact storytelling
• Direct the documentaries on various subjects with a team of DOP, Assistant Cameraman & Production Supervisor.
• Work with the editor to create the final artistic documentary.
• Pitch new content ideas, formats, and visual treatments
• Set quality benchmarks for content to ensure it matches global documentary standards
• Stay updated with trends in digital video content and documentary film

• Proven track record in directing or leading creative for documentaries, web series, or digital video content
• Strong storytelling instincts and deep understanding of Indian culture, history, and socio-political themes
• Experience with visual scripting, editing software, and working with cinematographers & animators
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Passion for documentaries that drive awareness and change
• Ability to manage creative budgets and timelines

• Experience working with YouTube-first content strategies
• Familiarity with Rajasthan’s cultural and historical landscape
• Background in journalism, mass communication, or documentary filmmaking
• Network with voice-over artists, editors, and media professionals
